Cory Bowen is a licensed, bonded, and insured California General Contractor whose love for building began in his father’s woodshop on a small farm in Montana. Long before it became his profession, he was designing and building anything he could imagine—a passion that has never left him.
Today, Cory specializes in helping homeowners reimagine their properties through thoughtfully designed ADUs. What excites him most isn’t just building new spaces—it’s creating new possibilities. Whether it’s helping a family generate rental income, giving adult children an affordable place to live, or creating a comfortable home for aging parents, he believes every project has the potential to make life better.
Chief of Operations
William entered the construction industry through an unconventional path, bringing with him a strong foundation in heavy manufacturing.
His background includes quality control and process oversight for aerospace and military applications, supported by a degree in Manufacturing Engineering with an emphasis on advanced mathematics and systematic problem-solving.
Over time, William expanded his expertise into the construction sector, gaining hands-on experience across multiple trades. His background includes fencing, multi-year work in swimming pool and backyard design, landscape design, paving, and a wide range of outdoor construction projects.
This blend of engineering discipline and field experience allows him to approach construction with precision, efficiency, and a strong attention to detail.
Super Intendant
Edgar Espinoza is a second-generation tile and construction professional with more than two decades of hands-on experience in flooring, tile, and residential and commercial construction.
He began working in the tile trade at the age of 12 under the mentorship of his father, who successfully operated a tile company for over 30 years. From an early age, Edgar learned the importance of craftsmanship, work ethic, and leading by example.
As he grew within the family business, Edgar quickly advanced from installer to managing large crews, overseeing multiple commercial restaurant builds simultaneously, and coordinating the installation of tile across hundreds of condos throughout Orange County. His ability to lead teams, solve problems on the job, and deliver consistent quality positioned him as a trusted leader in the industry.
After leaving the family company, Edgar took the helm at CA Floors, overseeing flooring operations across the greater San Diego region. There, he managed multiple installation teams,
In 2021, Edgar expanded his expertise beyond flooring and tile by joining Superior Home Contractors. As a project overseer and foreman for high-end remodels—including kitchens, bathrooms, and full home renovations—he managed construction throughout South Orange County, helping the company produce over $1.6 million in projects during his final year in the role.
His leadership and dedication led to an invitation to become a partner at Superior Home Contractors. Today, Edgar oversees 15 construction teams operating across California, spanning commercial projects, new construction, and the company’s core specialty: Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) construction throughout Southern California.
With a lifetime in the trades, deep technical expertise, and a proven record of managing large-scale projects, Edgar is committed to delivering excellence, transparency, and craftsmanship in every build.
Chief Financial Officer
Jose Luis Arriaga is a retired United States Marine Corps veteran and experienced administrative and operations leader with more than 27 years of expertise in logistics, supply chain management, fiscal operations, organizational leadership, and business administration.
Throughout his career, he has managed multimillion-dollar budgets and supply accounts, supervised diverse teams, and led audit readiness and compliance initiatives in both military and civilian organizations. He serves in administrative and operational leadership roles at Ocean View Non-Public School and is an assistant pastor at Calvary Chapel Rancho Santa Margarita, overseeing payroll, finance, technology, facilities, and organizational operations. His extensive background in leadership, budgeting, operations management, and organizational oversight contributes to the continued growth, management, and success of Superior Home Contractors.
