Over time, William expanded his expertise into the construction sector, gaining hands-on experience across multiple trades. His background includes fencing, multi-year work in swimming pool and backyard design, landscape design, paving, and a wide range of outdoor construction projects.
This blend of engineering discipline and field experience allows him to approach construction with precision, efficiency, and a strong attention to detail.

Nasir Ullah is a passionate Architect with over five years of experience specializing in both Residential and Commercial architecture across multiple states in the USA.
Throughout his career, he has had the opportunity to work on diverse projects in California, Ohio, Connecticut, Texas, New York, and other states, contributing to the growth and transformation of communities through thoughtful design.
He graduated in 2019 and has since been committed to delivering high-quality, innovative, and sustainable design solutions. Originally from Pakistan, he now works remotely for Superior Home Contractors LLC, a prominent architecture and construction company based in the United States. His role allows him to collaborate across borders, bringing a unique global perspective to his designs while staying connected to the dynamic architectural landscape in the U.S.
P.E. Licensed Civil & Structural Engineer
Ariou Babalian, P.E. is a licensed Civil and Structural Engineer with over 10 years of professional experience in structural design, evaluation, and construction support. He specializes in residential, commercial, and light industrial structures, with expertise in wood, steel, concrete, and cold-formed steel systems.
Ariou is the Founder and President of Ari Structural, where he leads structural engineering services focused on practical, code-compliant, and constructible solutions. His work includes structural calculations, drawings, technical assessments, and engineering reports prepared for permitting, construction, and insurance-related matters.
He regularly collaborates with architects, contractors, attorneys, and building officials, and is known for clear documentation, responsive coordination, and professional accountability. Ariou is licensed in California and works on projects across multiple states.

Ali is a seasoned construction estimating professional with hands-on experience supporting high-value commercial and residential projects. His expertise includes detailed quantity take-offs, cost forecasting, and scope validation. Ali’s practical approach and attention to detail help teams control costs and move projects forward with confidence.
